Proof of Purchase
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. It may be required for warranty claims and any return assessment.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
Returns, refunds, or remedies are available where a product is faulty or where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Goodwill Exchanges (Manager’s Discretion)
In some cases, a goodwill exchange may be offered at the Manager’s discretion. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
The item must be unused and in original packaging
The product must be in a re-saleable condition and able to be sold at the original price set by our store
Proof of purchase must be provided
Items that have been removed from original packaging and re-packaged are not eligible.
Clearance Items
No returns or exchanges on clearance items — sale is final — unless the product is deemed faulty and the customer was not aware of the fault at the time of sale.
Vouchers & Store Credits
Vouchers and store credits are non-refundable and are to be treated as cash. They cannot be reissued if lost.
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Vouchers can not be redeemed after the expiry.
