We do our best to match a competitor’s price wherever possible. As a small, family-owned business, all price matches are assessed fairly and reasonably by our team.

What’s excluded from our Price Match Guarantee

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Cashback or coupon offers
  (including supplier cashbacks, paper coupons, or electronic promo codes)
  
• Commercial or bulk pricing
  (prices not available to the general public)
  
• Stock liquidations
  (clearance items, close-out sales, or goods sold by businesses in receivership)
  

Online store price matching

We may match prices from online stores provided that:

• The product is identical
  
• The item is currently in stock
  

When assessing online price matches, we also take into account any delivery or freight costs to your location.

All online price matches are offered at the discretion of store management.

Our commitment to you

We promise to do our absolute best to match a competitor’s price. If a price match is not reasonable for us to offer, we will always be upfront and honest.

All final pricing decisions rest with our store managers.
